The primary responsibility of the Client Development position is to manage a group of Northstar Recycling clients to maximize profits and retention rates, while building strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect. This includes analysis of pricing, materials, training, equipment, sorting procedures, collection processes, and other key details to optimize service and surpass client expectations.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Northstar Recycling Client Development Executives serve as the lead contact for a large number of clients, so strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization are required. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and a large volume of daily tasks, are also necessary.
