The primary responsibility of this account management position is to manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners. Northstar Recycling Account managers are responsible for servicing their accounts quickly and efficiently, completing required reporting promptly and accurately, resolving all issues for their accounts, and consistently projecting a professional image while maintaining client satisfaction.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Northstar Recycling Account managers spend most of their time interacting with our partners on the phone or through email, so strong communication skills are required. Candidates must also be fluent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and previous database management experience is preferred. The position will also include some accounting functions.
Successful people in this role have extremely strong interpersonal skills, are quick learners, even-keeled, and open to feedback. Successful candidates will also be strong problem solvers, able to ensure the best service related outcomes even during difficult circumstances.
This position will be based out of Northstar Recycling’s Little Falls New York office.
