Marketing Manager


The purpose of the Marketing Manager role will be to help Northstar Recycling increase brand awareness within our target market, generate qualified sales leads, manage and grow our digital platforms, and develop marketing materials and tools to support our sales staff. The marketing managing will be responsible for various initiatives to achieve these objectives, including projects in these areas:

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising
  • Web Site Management
  • Presentations & Other Marketing Collateral
  • Blogging & Other Content Marketing
  • Email & Other Direct Marketing
  • Conferences & Trade Shows
  • Social Media
  • Public Relations



The Northstar Recycling Marketing Manager will need to have strong creative skills, excellent project management abilities, and demonstrate a real passion for marketing. Outstanding writing ability, design talent, and digital marketing know-how are strongly preferred, and WordPress experience would be a real plus. We are also very interested in fit with our culture, as we have built a cohesive team where everyone helps each other and has fun while striving to do their best.


This position will be based out of Northstar Recycling’s East Longmeadow, MA office.
