PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Shauna joined Northstar with the Complete Recycling team and brings her knowledge and experience working on solutions for waste diversion. Before her job with Complete, she gained experience in the nonprofit and government sectors. Shauna’s passion for sustainability led her to intern in Peru, where she helped build an organic sustainable farming nonprofit, bridging the gap between the indigenous women and the local expats.

EDUCATION: B.A. in Sustainability, Concentration in Climate Change, San Diego State University

SHAUNA AFTER WORK: Outside work, you can find Shauna on the beach, at a local farmer’s market, or out discovering a new thrift store. She also enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, cooking new recipes, and spending time with friends and family. :
