PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Cindy joined the Northstar team after working extensively in the customer service field. Prior to earning her Medical Coding and Billing Certificate through SUNY EOC she worked with a local agricultural equipment company and at Access Credit Union as well as Bank of New York and 2 other medical billing companies.

EDUCATION: She gained an Administrative Assistant Associates Degree from MVCC then continued her education working her way toward the Medical Coding and Billing Certificate.

CINDY AFTER WORK: Cindy grew up in a small town in NY on her family’s small farm and recently purchased a new home next to her childhood home so she can raise her 3 boys there. Her hobbies include taking her kids on various adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
