Susan Keeler-Hernandez

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Prior to coming to Northstar, Susan worked in retail for over twenty years. As manger of a small town hardware store for the last five years, she has acquired strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a niche in collections.

EDUCATION: Susan holds a Certificate in Medical Coding/Transcription and AAS IN Health Service Technology from Herkimer County Community College. She has also studied at Empire State College, majoring in Human Services.

SUSAN AFTER WORK: When she is not working, Susan enjoys quiet time with a hot cup of herbal tea, her kitty in her lap and some Netflix. She also enjoys visiting the Coast of Maine, hiking the trails of Upstate NY, creating new vegan dishes and road trips to nowhere.
