Lana Kopacz

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Lana comes to Northstar with 15 years of customer service experience in a large call center environment, and 15 years in the public school system as a paraeducator with children with intensive needs. In this role Lana came to understand that love is truly unconditional. For her, it was an extremely rewarding experience.

EDUCATION: Coursework from Westfield State and Holyoke Community College in Special Education

LANA AFTER WORK: In her spare time, Lana enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to the ocean, reading, and working in her yard.
