PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Brooke joined the Northstar team with more than 20 years of customer service and administrative management behind her. She has learned that responding instead of reacting to a situation can prevent a lot of headaches and make for a happy, appreciative customer. BROOKE AFTER WORK: When Brooke is not at work, you can find her creating art projects or completing DIY projects indoors and out with her husband Ty and daughter Leizel.
