PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Jack joined the Northstar team after graduating from University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.A. in Integrative Physiology before pivoting to the environmental field receiving a Master’s in Sustainable Food Systems. For his capstone project, he worked with a national non-profit to design a toolkit to promote “values based” food procurement practices and policies. During college, he also worked part-time for the Boulder Farmers Market as well as the Recycling Program at CU.

JACK AFTER WORK: Outside of work, Jack has a huge passion for cooking and music, having learned to cook at a young age and playing guitar for over 15 years. He also enjoys video games, skiing in the winter, and hiking, biking, and playing tennis in the summer.
