“Wilderness is not a luxury, but a necessity of the human spirit.” -Edward Abbey
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: During his undergraduate studies, Jonathan served as treasurer and coordinated events for a political economics reading group and interned with the National Defense University and the Association of State Treasurers in Washington, DC. Following graduation from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, he worked in the Washington, DC area and remotely in the United Kingdom for several non-profits and NGOs. He is excited to bring the skills he developed working with Senate and Congressional offices, researchers, and activists to his work with the Client Development team and to Northstar’s clients.
EDUCATION: Master of the Arts in French and International Relations, The University of St. Andrews.
Jonathan AFTER WORK: Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys time spent outside, either on a hiking trail, with a fly-fishing rod in hand, or on the water. He also enjoys exploring his hometown of Washington, DC to find new bookstores, record shops, and restaurants. In his downtime, he likes to get lost in a great history book, discover classic movies, and try out new recipes in the kitchen.
