Austin Bollich

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Austin joined the Northstar team after graduating from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Food Science. While attending LSU, Austin honed his skills in food product development and formulation. He then worked as a Lead Chemist for a startup formulating protein powders and powdered food products.

EDUCATION: B.S. Food Science, Louisiana State University

AUSTIN AFTER WORK: Outside of work, Austin enjoys creating unique home-brewed recipes in baking and cooking. He also still visits the LSU campus to assist Food Science projects, rock climb at the student recreation center, and thoroughly enjoy the sports atmosphere of LSU Athletics. Fun fact, he competed professionally in video games throughout college and live streams on occasion to a short audience.
