PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Franklin comes to Northstar as a military veteran with more than 25 combined years of experience in food service management, steel manufacturing, and waste & recycling industries. Franklin is known for relationship building as well as his straightforward approach and dogged determination to exceed customers’ expectations.

EDUCATION: B.S. Business Administration, Lander University

FRANKLIN AFTER WORK: Outside of work, Franklin’s first passion is his family. Franklin is happiest on the beaches of South Carolina with his loved ones, but he enjoys always being on the go with his wife, Michelle, and sons, Deuce and Dair. Franklin coaches youth baseball in both the spring and fall. When he’s not busy coaching or otherwise supporting the kids’ extracurricular activities, Franklin spends his weekends pulling for the University of South Carolina GAMECOCKS!
