PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Cassandra joined the Northstar team with an extensive background in a variety of customer service roles. Her previous work experiences have taught her strong organizational skills, the value of teamwork and independence as well as how to resolve a client’s needs effectively and efficiently.
EDUCATION: Currently studying Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Wilmington University.
CASSANDRA AFTER WORK: . Outside of work, you will most likely find her with her family and raising her two daughters, Ellianna and Emilia. Cassie believes spending quality time with her children outdoors is important while guiding her girls to be more mindful and appreciative of the world around them. Cass is also known for her love of books and finding any spare minute to immerse herself in a new story or learn something new.
